When you use BlazeResume, we collect information you provide directly to us, including your name, email address, and the resume content you create. If you sign in with Google, we receive your basic profile information (name and email) from Google.
We also automatically collect certain information when you visit our site, including your IP address, browser type, device information, and pages visited. We use cookies and similar technologies to enhance your experience.
We use the information we collect to provide and improve our resume building services, process your account, send you updates about our service, and respond to your requests. We use AI (Claude by Anthropic) to generate resume content and provide ATS scoring. Your resume data is sent to Anthropic's API for processing but is not stored by Anthropic for training purposes.
Your data is stored securely using Supabase, which provides enterprise-grade security with row-level security policies. We use encryption in transit (TLS/SSL) and at rest. We do not sell your personal information to third parties.
You have the right to access, update, or delete your personal information at any time. You can delete your account and all associated data by contacting us. If you are in the EU, you have additional rights under GDPR including the right to data portability and the right to restrict processing.
We use essential cookies for authentication and session management. We do not use advertising or tracking cookies. You can control cookie settings through your browser preferences.
